What is the Difference Between Duplex Printing and Double-sided Printing?

What is the Duplex Printing

Duplex printing it is mean that we can print different or same logo on only one fabric front side and backside at the same time.

What is Double-sided Printing?

The traditional double-sided printing is print the logo on two separates fabric material and then sewing them together back-to-back, and we will add the blockout as the inner layer to avoid the logo seen through from the other side.

And have you found that? Even though convenient and fast digital printing has been using in the market for a long time, many customers are still pursuing a 100% backside bleed through, which is why customers would rather wait for an extra week to choose the silk screen printing skill, but sometimes the logo could not do silk screen printing as it only accepts simple and the solid color logo.

But now only need 24 Hour, CFM can provide you with the same printing effect as silk screen printing of 100% backside bleed through, and there is no limit to the logo, as long as you want, CFM can print for you and achieve 100% penetration effects.

CFM invests heavily in introducing a new Duplex Printing Machine. With its advanced duplex printing technique, we can achieve double printing on single layer fabric now. You may wonder, is this duplex printing the same as double-sided printing? Yes, they are similar, and they are also different.

So what is the difference between Duplex printing and Double-sided printing?

1) Printing effects are different

When double-sided printing and Duplex printing are all using direct printing skills, but the printing effects are a little different on them.

Duplex printing effects are better and brighter, duplex printing uses special ink and specially coated fabrics, so the printing effects can achieve to dye sublimation printing.

2) The imaging results of printing are different

Double-sided printing is printing on two separates fabrics, and customers can choose the same or different logo design. The image on the back is at the customer’s discretion.

But when using the duplex printing on the regular coated material like 110g knitted polyester, the imaging on the backside is opposite, and it is a mirror image.

If to use the material of Blockout polyester, then the printing imaging is the same as the double-sided printing. Customers can choose the same or different logo on the backside, up to the customer choice.
